Prepaid orders ship faster
All prepaid orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

From order to your door
Here's exactly what happens after you place an order with Million Cases.

Order confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately. Your order enters our fulfillment queue and is picked, quality-checked, and packed at our warehouse.

Dispatched with tracking
Your order is handed to our courier partner. You receive an SMS and email with your AWB (tracking) number. Dispatch typically happens within 24 hours of order placement (same day for prepaid before 3 PM).

In transit
Your order travels through our courier's network. You can track it in real time using the AWB number provided on the courier's website or the millioncases.com/track page.

Out for delivery
Your order is assigned to a local delivery executive. You may receive a call from the courier. Most deliveries happen between 9 AM – 8 PM on business days.

Delivered
Your order is delivered and marked as complete. If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery again the next business day or leave a notification slip for pickup at the local hub.
