We Dispatch the product within 24 hours and It will take max 2-3 days to reach the product to your destination.

Yes, We do ship our products all over the world.
This usually means your delivery was attempted but unsuccessful or is delayed at a local hub. Wait until the end of the day, then check with your building security or neighbors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your order number.
Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before fulfilment begins. Contact support@millioncases.com immediately. Once the order has been picked up by the courier, address changes are not possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused and in original packaging. Defective or incorrect items are covered regardless of timeline. See our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
Email support@millioncases.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll assist you during all the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds may arrive faster (1–3 days).
Yes exchanges for a different colour or compatible model are free within the 7-day return window. We cover the replacement shipping cost. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change of mind returns. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we arrange free pickup and cover all shipping costs.
