Report the issue to support@millioncases.com within 24 hours mentioning the cancellation reason so that we can try to stop the order. Please note that sometimes the order gets shipped quickly, and in such cases it cannot be cancelled.

Pack the Product
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. If wrong or damaged product is received then there is Zero Shipping charges otherwise the customer has to pay for return fees.

Confirmation & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we'll confirm via email and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit Benefit:
We provide store credit instead of a refund with an extra 15% value. For example, if the order value is ₹1000, the customer will receive ₹1150 as store credit.
Partial Payment Policy:
To reduce fake and RTO orders, we require a small partial payment (₹30 – ₹100) to confirm every order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. Please note that if the order is cancelled after placing it, the partial payment will not be refunded. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
