At Million Cases, we completely understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.
That’s why we offer a simple and flexible 24-hour cancellation window to make sure you have complete peace of mind.
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@millioncases.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before you receive the “Order Dispatched” message from our team.
Once your cancellation request is received, our team will review the order status and confirm whether it can be cancelled.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
However, if your order has already been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, we won’t be able to cancel it at that stage since it’s already in transit. In such cases, you can follow our Refund & Exchange Policy once the product is delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to double-check all details (device model, address, and contact number) before confirming the purchase to avoid the need for cancellation later.
