Our team of testing professionals carefully inspects each product before dispatching, so that high end customer experience is guaranteed.

Return/Replacement Process:

To begin a return, all we need is, the product must be un-used and on its original condition (packaging). Write to us within 24 hours addressing your concern. You can either drop us email at support@millioncases.com or reach out to us at +919915006655. Our team will get your product replaced after reviewing it at our end.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement:

1. The product can be returned or exchanged, the defective/damaged product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. To process the return request, it is mandatory to share the images of the received product and invoice/bill at support@millioncases.com

3. Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.

4. If you wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges that include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order. 

5. In case of the customer receives damage/defective and wrong product. The customer won’t be liable to pay any shipping charges. Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*. 

Refund Policy

1. Once your return product clears the quality check process, we will send you an email notification that “your product has been returned to us”. 

2. We will also keep you informed about the status of your refund once we have analysed it at our end. 

3. Once confirmed by the Customer Support Team the refund will be provided as Million Cases Store Credit or directly to the customers’ account. You will be eligible to buy another product for the same price or more. 

4. In case of returning the products, COD/Shipping charges won’t be credited back. These are non-refundable.

5. COD orders are eligible only for exchange.

Please Note Again: Product should be un-used and on its original condition, with non damaged packaging.

Order Cancellation Policy

We offer complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 12 hours of placing an order. You can get in touch with us by emailing us at support@millioncases.com. We will not be able to process the cancellation request in case if the order is shipped. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.
